Now over years after the COVID-19 was discavered and the first shutdowns happening in this country around March of 2020. The changes compared to 2020 to now in how and where people dotheir jobs brings the queston back to wether workers return to the company site.  Ever since busineses opened back up, some of them required their workes to come back in person and some not.  Some employes have compained that they can work from home and coming to the ofice is not necesary and others prefer coming back.  Should people be payed more to come in to work and less for staying home?
